   We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the custom nature of our
   physical shirts, we do not accept standard cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is
   placed. Customization and printing processes begin immediately and automatically upon order
   submission. Consequently, cancellations or alterations result in a direct loss of specialized production
   materials.
   Please double-check your sizing and color choices thoroughly before confirming your order. A
   comprehensive size and color chart is provided across our product pages to assist you in making the
   correct selection.
2. Digital SVG Shirt Designs
   All sales of digital products, including SVG shirt design downloads and electronic files, are final and
   non-refundable. Because digital assets are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we
   cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the purchase or download link has been
   processed.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
   In the rare event that you receive a defective or structurally damaged physical item, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. Defective items must be reported and returned within 10 days from the original shipping date.
   To help us verify the issue, our support team will require a clear photograph or video showing the defect.
   SVG Skunk LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement if the evidence provided does not
   meet our established defect threshold. Once the defect is verified and approved, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement.

   Please note that all promotional, clearance, or discounted items are sold as-is. Discounted items are
   strictly ineligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges, except in cases of verified manufacturer
   defects reported within the 10-day window.
